Return Policy
For Orders within the UAE:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the delivery packaging has not been opened and the products are either damaged or the wrong item was delivered.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any loss or damage post-delivery. Inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items: Promotional items, frozen & chilled goods, edibles, and items with broken seals or that have been used, are not eligible for return.

Refunds: For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 15 to 20 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Costs: Delivery costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges using their preferred method.

Credit Note: No cash refunds. Returns will be issued as a credit note for use on future website purchases.

For Orders from Oman and Outside the UAE:

No Returns: We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the UAE.

Order Cancellation: Cancellation and refund of the order amount are possible only if the delivery has not yet left the UAE.
