  • Delivery Locations: We offer shipping across all seven emirates in the UAE.

Customer Responsibilities

  • To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are responsible for providing a detailed address and a working phone number. This helps avoid any delays or cancellations in delivering your order.

Order Cancellation and Modification

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not been dispatched.
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Delivery Schedule

  • We provide delivery services every day of the week, except Sundays.

Public Holidays

  • During public holidays, please note that delivery rates are doubled (e.g., AED 22 becomes AED 44, AED 50 becomes AED 100).

Store Pickup by Third-Party Couriers

  • For store pickups done by third-party couriers (e.g., Careem, Porter), customers are requested to provide the courier with their working phone number, Order ID, and their name for ease of operation.

Tracking and Delivery

  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive a message on WhatsApp from the courier to confirm their details and the order delivery date.
  • Along with this message, customers will be provided with an Air Waybill (AWB) number, which can be used to track the shipment.
  • A toll-free number for further inquiries will also be shared. This ensures that customers can easily get updates or assistance regarding their delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a phone number that has both calling and WhatsApp capabilities to facilitate smooth communication regarding the delivery.
