Eggless Brownie Mix is a premix which gives a convenient way to prepare rich chocolate brownies. It can be enhanced with inclusions like dry nuts and fruits.

- Sugar
- Wheat flour
- Refined sunflower oil
- Cocoa powder
- Milk solids (cow's milk)
- Corn starch
- Salt
- Flavour: Artificial vanilla and chocolate
- Leavening agent (E500)
- Emulsifiers: E471, E477, E472 (palm source)
- Glucose syrup solids
Allergy Advice
Allergy Advice: Contains Wheat (Gluten) and Milk. May contain traces of Soya.
Directions for Use
- Mix 1000g Eggless Brownie Mix with 240g filtered water.
- Slow mix for 1 minute using a planetary mixer.
- Fast mix for 5 minutes using a planetary mixer.
- Bake in a deck oven at 170°C for 45–50 minutes.

Recommended recipe: Eggless Brownie Mix 1000g and filtered water 240g. Shelf life: 12 months from date of production.
Storage Conditions
