  • If customers need to contact the delivery team, they must call using the same phone number provided on the order.

3. Order Cancellation and Changes

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched.
  • If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Schedule

  • We provide delivery services every day of the week except Sunday.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery area, weather, public holidays, or operational conditions.

7. Public Holiday Deliveries

  • Delivery charges are doubled during public holidays.

8. Store Pickup by Third-Party Couriers

  • For store pickups arranged through third-party courier services such as Careem or Porter, customers must provide the courier with their name, order number, and working phone number.
  • This helps ensure a smooth handover and avoids delays.

9. Tracking and Delivery Support

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier to confirm your details and delivery date.
  • You will also receive an Air Waybill (AWB) number to track your shipment.
  • If you need to contact the delivery team directly, you may call 80024455.
  • Please call the delivery team using the same phone number that was provided when placing the order.
