- Sourdough bread premix made with wheat flour, dehydrated rye sourdough, roasted barley malt, wheat germ, soy flour, malt flour, and enzymes.
- Designed for preparing sourdough-style bread with structured dough development, fermentation, and oven baking.
- Recommended use: mix 1kg premix with instant dry yeast and approximately 500–700g water, then add 20g salt during mixing.
- Suitable for professional bakeries and commercial bread production, with proofing and deck-oven baking at 200°C with steam.
- Supplied in a 10kg pack; contains gluten and soya and is manufactured in the United Arab Emirates.
