     - Delivery fees apply for orders below AED 300. Free delivery is provided for orders above AED 300 within Dubai.
    - Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
  1. Returns and Refunds:
    - Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
    - Refunds or replacements may be provided for damaged or incorrect orders if reported within 2 hours of delivery.
    - Custom cake orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
  1. Payment:
      - We accept payment by cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.
    - All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  1. Product Information:
     - While we strive for accuracy, cake designs may vary slightly from images on the website due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
    - Allergen information is provided, but customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before placing an order.
  1. Liability:
    Cake Craft UAE LLC shall only be liable for direct damages caused by a breach of our obligations. We are not responsible for consequential losses or any other type of indirect damages.
