  • Vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated palm)
  • Sugar
  • Stabilisers: Sodium phosphates (E339), Methylcellulose (E461), Xanthan gum (E415), Guar gum (E412)
  • Skimmed milk powder
  • Emulsifiers: Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate (E435) (palm oil), Sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (E481) (palm)
  • Sodium caseinate
  • Salt
  • Artificial milk and butter flavouring

Directions for Use

  • Chill the product to approximately +5°C before whipping.
  • Whip at medium speed for approximately 3–5 minutes.
  • Whip until the desired volume and consistency are achieved.
  • Suitable for filling and topping cakes, pastries, and desserts.
  • Colours and flavours may be added as required.

Storage Conditions

Store at a maximum temperature of +20°C. Do not freeze in liquid form. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days. The product is freeze/thaw stable after whipping.
